Additional Information: 

- Funded hours cover education only. Additional charges apply for meals and snacks. 
- Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 7 days. 
- A deposit is required to secure your child’s place which also goes towards covering the child's three initial settling in sessions.
- Any additional settling in sessions must be discussed with the Manager. 
- Four weeks’ written notice is required for any changes to sessions. 
- Parents of children transitioning to Reception must also give 4 weeks' notice.
- Fees remain payable during absences. 
- Late collection fees apply. 
- Initial £50 deposit covering settling in sessions will be transferred into the SPACE Nursery Bank Account. 
- Requests for any additional days must be requested in writing and management will check availability and inform you if we can fulfil your request. 
- If you request any additional booking and then cancel the confirmed booking, then you will still be charged.
- Six weeks’ notice in writing is required to let us know when your child will be leaving. It is the responsible individual’s responsibility to ensure that the notice is received by management, who will confirm receipt via email. No exceptions will be made.
- Nursery fees will be sent out monthly, and these will be sent throughout online system Famly unless an alternative is agreed with management. SPACE Nursery reserves the right to increase fees at any time, providing one calendar months’ notice of the proposed increase.
- If payment of nursery fees is outstanding for more than 14 days after the payment deadline date, it will result in a suspension of your child’s place (unless prior agreement has been made with nursery management).
