Emma's Journey
Emma brings nearly 10 years of Early Years experience to SPACE Nursery and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Level 3 Childcare and Education.
Her journey began as a qualified practitioner in a private nursery, where her passion, hard work and dedication saw her progress to Senior Room Leader, then Deputy Manager within just six months!!
After over three years as Deputy Manager, Emma is now stepping into an exciting new chapter as Nursery Manager at SPACE.
“Creating an enabling, safe and nurturing environment where children and staff can thrive is so important to me. SPACE is a bubble where children can grow, develop and just be children.”
From overseeing daily operations and preparing for Ofsted, to ensuring the highest standards in safeguarding, SEN, health and safety, Emma is committed to making SPACE Nursery the very best it can be.
Favourite part of the Job:
Watching children grow from babies into confident little people ready for school and supporting staff as they develop and thrive in their careers.

Loves watching ice hockey (and travelled to Sheffield in 2024 for the Great Northern Hockey Finals!)
