Your Role

As Qualified Practitioner, you will:

• ​Looking after the health and well-being of the child, such as feeding babies and changing their nappies.

• Observing children's progress and development and keeping a record of this to communicate with parents.

• Helping children to develop core skills, such as mathematics and literacy. This could be by reading stories and playing counting games.

• Providing a safe and enabling environment for children to learn in.

• Supporting children's mental health, fostering an environment where children find help if they need it. This may include working with other teams to prevent or solve any issues.

What You’ll Need

Essential:

• Enhanced DBS check

• Previous experience of Nursery (Required)

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Strong safeguarding knowledge

• Great communication and leadership skills

• A caring, child-focused approach
